Team lead for three antweight combat robots, covering spinner, frame, and drivetrain design through to competition.
Overview
Lead of Northeastern University London's Combat Robotics Team 1, covering the design, fabrication, and competition of three antweight robots. A good share of the role was organisational: dividing mechanical and electrical work across the team, keeping three builds running in parallel, and checking each against the competition rules before entry.
On the technical side I worked on the spinner mechanism, frame, and motor mounts, and checked the electrical systems ahead of each event. The team competed in Rock & Robots and BEES 2026.
